December 29 : LIMA PICK UP
Assistance at your arrival to Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM) and transfer to your hotel in Miraflores or San Isidro. You may choose from optional activities if time allows.

December 30 : LIMA - CUSCO (B)
Morning transfer to Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM). Flight to Cusco, center of the Inca Empire. Assistance at your arrival to Velazco Astete Airport (CUZ) and transfer to your Hotel after a quick tour of the beautiful Plaza De Armas. Night in Cusco

December 31 : CUSCO (B)
Today you will be free to relax and acclimatize to the altitude (10,856 ft). New Year Celebration. Night In Cusco.

January 1 : CUSCO (B)
Day at leisure.

January 2 : CUSCO- SACRED VALLEY (B)
Transfer to the Sacred Valley. Visit Pisac market, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo ruins. Night in Ollantaytambo.

January 3 : OLLANTAYTAMBO - INCA TRAIL (B)(L)(D)
Transfer by train to Km 104. Upon arrival we visit the archaeological sites of Chachabamba at 2250 masl. Here agricultural product from other areas where collected to be brought to Machu Picchu. Then we begin our walk towards Wiñay Wayna. On the way we have beautiful views of the Urubamba river and the chances are many to see different kinds of the famous orchid family. We turn around the last corner and have the amazing Wiñay Wayna. We stop to make a visit of this interesting and important inca site. 10 minutes more walking and we are at the “Trekker’s lodge”, where we will take our lunch, if not already eaten. In the afternoon we walk the last hours towards Machu Picchu, and see fron distance in the beautiful afternoon sun before continuing down to Aguas Calientes. We spend the night at this beautiful town.

January 4 : Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco (B) (about 7 hr. trekking)
Very early we leave Aguas Calientes to reach Machu Picchu in the hours before the main group of visitors arrives. Going up by bus we get the first glance of Machu Picchu between the mountains on its saddle high over the Urubamba River. Upon arrival we start the guided tour of about 2 hours taking us to the most important areas of Machu Picchu. We will learn about the importance – religiously and historically – of the place, and we will be able to appreciate the fine architecture of the Incas. After the guided tour you can go to the top of Wayna Picchu, from where one has a good overview of the whole area and the full site of Machu Picchu. Another possibility is to visit the beautiful temple of the moon. In the afternoon we meet in Aguas Calientes to take the train back to Cusco. Night in Cusco

January 5 : CUSCO - PUERTO MALDONADO - Monkey Island (B)(L)(D)
Transfer to Airport. Flight to Puerto Maldonado. Pick up from the airport. Immediately starting the jungle tour to the town and a city tour. Then by boat along the river Madre de Dios until we arrive at the lodge then installed in our bungalows. Lunch. Begin our trip by crossing the river to the only existing Monkey Island of its kind; you will not only see the biggest diversity of monkey but also a great diversity of flora. On return to the lodge we bare witness to one of the great sunset of the jungle. Dinner.

January 6 : Lost Qocha (B)(L)(D)
We start an adventure in the virgin jungle. We will take a path through the deep jungle until we reach the LOST QOCHA, refugee and feeding place for animals. Extraordinary Amazon lookout points built on to the branches of the biggest shihuanhuaco trees that give a panoramic view of the ecosystem. Lunch. Return to the lodge. Dinner. Nighttime walk to the cave of the caimans.

January 7 : Gamitana River Excurtion(B)(L)(D)
Early breakfast. By boat along the Madre de Dios river. Then a walk trough the majestic jungle and we will see the diversity of flora too until we reach the Rio Gaminata, where the heart of the jungle begins. Box lunch and rest. From here we will return by boat until we reach the Madre de Dios river again. We’ll have a close view of animals as turtles, caimans, butterflys and others. Dinner.

January 8 : PUERTO MALDONADO - CUSCO (B)
We will enjoy our last breakfast at the lodge in the middle of the jungle. Transfer to Airport. Flight to Cusco. Assistance at your arrival and transfer to the hotel. Night in Cusco.

January 9 : CUSCO - LIMA(B)
Transfer to Velazco Astete Airport (CUZ) for the return flight to Lima where you will connect with your international flight.
